What is Dance from the Heart?
Manifesting any dream involves an alchemy of mind, body and spirit. We may engage our minds and emotions in manifesting, but sometimes we forget that the body is a powerful ally in our efforts to manifest. When our minds become unclear or when we experience fear, sometimes talking it out isn't the answer. When we feel stuck, dancing can be a way to move the body in order to move forward in our lives. Dance from the Heart can help us to move through whatever has been stopping us so we can more fully emBODY our dreams.
