Engage! Community Programs
Girls' Empowerment Program
Our Girls' Empowerment Program serves low-income girls of color, ages 12-18 years old. Our program cultivates self-confidence, positive body image and healthy relationships to prevent teen depression and disordered eating. We partner with local organizations such as Sisters of Los Angeles and MOSTe, which work with girls from under-served communities around Los Angeles, to provide one-time workshops and 6-week classes throughout the year.
Women's Empowerment Program
Our Women's Empowerment Program supports survivors of sexual violence, DV, or childhood molestation. Our program is designed to help survivors to reconnect to their bodies, heal past trauma, and cultivate healthy relationships. We are partnering with local organizations such as Peace Over Violence, which work directly with survivors, to provide one-time workshops and 6-week classes throughout the year.
Mommy and Me Program
Our Mommy & Me Program supports caregivers with young children in under-served communities throughout Los Angeles. We partner with local organizations that support low-income families to provide one-time workshops and 6-week classes that foster creativity and connection for caregivers and their children.
