Welcome!

Hi Healing Facilitators,
On behalf of everyone at CMDC, welcome to our well:spring crew! We're so grateful that you've chosen to spend your time as part of our community and share your gifts with our collective--thank you!
Hopefully this packet answers the majority of your questions, but if not, please know you're always invited to reach out to info@criticalmassdancecompany.org. This packet is a living document and may get updated between now and the event date.  However, this page will always have the most up-to-date version.

You can find a lot of our organization information here on our website--feel free to look around!

We want this process to be as nourishing, encouraging, and uplifting as possible--we know putting together an event is a lot of work, but we're committed to being as accommodating as we can, and to hopefully infuse this foundational work with everything we want our attendees to feel once the day arrives.

Thank you again and we look forward to being in community with you!

About well:spring

Focus/Goal: Just as water replenishes our aquifers and builds abundance below, we gather to share the abundance of community resources that support our collective care on the path to our liberation.
WHAT: Participants at our Community Care Clinic will have the following free resources available to them:
• Free 15-20 minute sessions from local healing arts practitioners specializing in acupuncture, herbalism, reiki and somatic movement/embodiment
• Invaluable health and healing resources from local community organizations
• Dance from the Heart community workshop led by Critical Mass Dance Company!
WHY: CMDC’s purpose in offering Community Care Clinics is to increase community access to healing arts and movement practices including acupuncture, reiki, herbalism and dance/movement. We gather in outdoor public spaces to reconnect to our ancestral healing arts and movement practices for our minds, bodies and spirits. CMDC provides these community resources free to all to support our collective care as a way to live into liberatory practices.
WHO: Open and free; anyone can attend!
WHEN: CMDC is offering Community Care Clinics 3x this year, around the Spring Equinox in March, Summer Solstice in June, and Fall Equinox in September!
