CMDC provides Dance Empowerment Programs for youth and adults from immigrant communities that are free, accessible and taught in English and/or Spanish:

• Women Empowerment Program helps those who have experienced body trauma such as sexual violence or DV
• Girl Empowerment Program helps young women of color and non-binary youth ages 12-18 years old
